Mothronaut is operated by Dean Archer in Arizona. This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information collected

If you use the contact form, Mothronaut collects your name, email address, optional phone number, optional organization name, and the project information you provide. The site also processes a submission identifier and limited technical information, such as IP address, browser details, request time, and security signals, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, discuss or provide requested services, maintain business records, secure the website, and comply with legal obligations. Contact-form information is not sold, rented, used for targeted advertising, or added to a marketing list without separate permission.

Service providers

The website and its communications rely on service providers that process information for Mothronaut: ChatGPT Sites hosts the website; Cloudflare provides delivery and security services; Resend transmits contact-form email; and Google Workspace receives and stores business email. These providers may process technical or contact information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Cookies and tracking

Mothronaut does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, session replay, or cross-site marketing trackers. Cloudflare may set an essential security cookie and process technical logs to protect and operate the site. Because those functions are necessary, the site does not display a marketing-cookie consent banner.

Retention and security

General inquiries may be kept for up to 24 months. Records connected to an active or completed client relationship may be kept longer when needed for contracts, accounting, insurance, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Spam and security records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information Mothronaut holds about you, ask for a correction, or request deletion when the information is not required for an ongoing business or legal purpose. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change the site because it does not use behavioral tracking. Global Privacy Control signals are likewise not used for an opt-out because personal information is not sold or shared for targeted advertising.

Children

This website offers business services and is not directed to children under 13. Mothronaut does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes and contact
